Former Chelsea star learns of contract termination via Twitter

Problems between club and player are not new in football. In fact, the two entities increase against the other person more often than one would like to think. The same clash has taken place in Europe between FC Zurich and a former Chelsea superstar.

Chelsea's financial transformation after 2003 saw many big stars join the golf club. One particular star were Frenchman Florent Malouda, who became a member of the Blues from Lyon in 2007. Over the next six years, this individual enjoyed an extremely successful stay with the London membership, winning the Champions Little league, Premier League, and the FA Cup.

Nevertheless, Malouda's career never really resolved after he left Sw3 in 2013. Instead, the France international became a journeyman, playing for 6 different clubs in the next five years.

Because it happens, the ex-Chelsea star will land on the move again, after his contract was ended by FC Zurich. Strangely enough, the Frenchman came to find out about his sacking via Twitter!

FC Zurich released an official statement on social media, revealing that the club and the player are determined to mutually end the contract.

Even so, Malouda himself replied to the tweet, revealing his surprise at the headline:

"Really, I didn't know that...?? " read his Tweet.

The previous Sw3 star returned to The European countries in 2018, following stints in Egypt and India and had a quick stint with Luxembourg membership FC Differdange 03, before signing for FC Zurich.
